Evelyn was born in 1912. In the 1920 census, Evelyn (age 7) was the daughter of George C Buckley in Warrensburg, Macon, Illinois, United States.^[1]

Evelyn (age 23) married Charles Aldeon Barnett in about 1935.^[2]

In the 1940 census, Evelyn (age 28) was the wife of Charles A Barnett in Clintonia Township, DeWitt, Illinois, United States.^[3] In the 1950 census, Evelyn (age 38) was the wife of Charles H Barnett in Clintonia, DeWitt, Illinois, United States.^[4]

Evelyn died on 6 February 1996 and was buried in Decatur, Macon, Illinois, United States.^[5]
